Mirrors your SellerAmp setup. Max Cost = the lower of your ROI and profit targets — pay at/below it and both are met.

Metrics use your current settings (mode, targets, discount).
FIFO cost ledger. Log each purchase as a lot (date · qty · unit cost). Sales draw down the oldest lot first, so profit uses what you actually paid. Leave Qty blank for a flat “always this cost” price. Buy a lot in the Bundle splitter → “Save as purchase” drops the split costs here automatically.
Enter balance, limit, APR, your monthly payment and due date. The payoff timer assumes you keep paying that amount each month.
Track your gift-card stock: face value, what you paid, discount, remaining balance, and where each is used. The Price you paid pools into Cashflow by Payment Method just like a purchase. Card numbers & PINs are hidden by default — click Reveal to show.
You log in to your bank inside Plaid's secure window — Profitava never sees your bank password, card number or PIN. It receives read-only balances & transactions. Card balances feed your Cashflow debt, and cash balances feed available funds.
Estimate what to set aside for quarterly taxes from your Amazon net profit, and export an annual summary for your accountant. This is an estimate, not tax advice.
Add mileage, home office, depreciation and other write-offs to see your real self-employment + income tax. Everything updates live. Estimate only — not tax advice.
Find → buy → receive → list, all in one place. Add a product from Single lookup or Storefronts (or manually), move it through the stages, and when you mark it Received it drops into your COGS ledger automatically.
Set your buy-box criteria once, paste (or pull) a list of ASINs, and Profitava checks each against Keepa — flagging which ones pass and the max cost you can pay to hit your ROI target. Uses your Settings (Min ROI, Min profit, prep, inbound) for the money math.
Uses your Keepa key to pull the seller's full storefront ASIN list. Re-checking flags new products added since last time. Tip: a seller ID looks like A + letters/numbers — find it in a storefront URL after seller=.
Fees come from Keepa per-ASIN (actual referral % + FBA pick&pack). If Keepa hasn't computed a fee (missing dimensions), the tool falls back to the 2026 rate card and flags it. Excludes monthly storage, PPC and the 3.5% fuel surcharge unless you bake them into Misc. Each Keepa lookup spends tokens from your plan.
Upload the return photos, add a note, and AI drafts a proper SAFE-T reimbursement claim. Review it, copy, and paste into Amazon’s SAFE-T form. (SAFE-T is for self-fulfilled / FBM orders.)
Amazon has no API to submit SAFE‑T claims, so the final Submit happens on their site. This copies your draft and opens the SAFE‑T page — paste it, attach the same photos, and submit.
✨ AI receipt reader: drop a photo of a receipt/invoice and it pulls each item, qty, unit price, supplier & date — then matches ASIN and your SKU automatically.
One per line: an ASIN or an amazon.com/dp/… link, then the cost. e.g. B09HBKJHBV 12.50 or https://amazon.com/dp/B0CBZ5SR68 7.99. Add x10 if the cost is a total for 10 units — it divides to per-unit and logs a 10-unit dated lot for FIFO (e.g. 2026-06-01 B09HBKJHBV 100 x10 → 10 units @ $10 on Jun 1). Put a date on the line (or set the default below) to date the lot; leave the cost off to add it as “needs cost”.
Business costs not tied to a single order — shipping supplies, subscriptions, PPC/ads, gift-card discounts, etc. These subtract from your P&L for the period they fall in.
